Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email, phone number, or payment method. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any winnings will be voided.

• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for verification purposes.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.

Tk12 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100, with a maximum limit set within specified thresholds.

• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, tk12 reserves the right to determine the correct outcome. For Sports Betting, the result of a bet is finalized after the official result is announced.
